Weight loss is good for most people (for some it is all about health and for others about appearance) but it seems that all the "magic weight loss pills" and other tricks are not working.Does weight loss really take a lot of changes in your life or can you lose weight just by changing a few daily routines?

#1: Take a walk! 30 minutes per day will burn off excess calories and you will have a lot of energy for the day.I know of people who just hated walking, but then got a dog.Now they must go for a walk 3 times per day and they enjoy it.

#2: Use the stairs instead of the elevator, this is great weight loss exercise and it will not take much time.Do this everyday and you will lose a few pounds by the end of the year.You can also park your car in the middle of the parking lot and walk to the office or store.

#3: Do 30 push ups everyday.This may seem like a lot in the beginning when you are out of shape, but you do not have to do them all at once.

#4: Look at what you eat and drink! If you are used to have a candybar every day, change it for fresh fruit or berries.Drink more water during the day and you will not feel so hungry.Skip white bread and choose brown bread instead.Use less alcohol because it contains a lot of calories.You can still eat your favorite foods, only this time eat less.

#5: Stop thinking about weight loss, think about is as a life change and do things differently from now on.It is always hard and difficult in the beginning.Once you get used to these small changes and feel comfortable with them you can look for more simple weight loss tips.
