A healthy weight loss is a gradual process and it will only be good if taken as slow process. Thinking of quick weight loss only brings discouragement. Change your lifestyle, take no stress, eat healthy and exercise regularly wearing weight loss shoes and this way, if not many pounds but losing one pound in first week is good start and tell you reaching at two and a half pound per week is easily attainable. Think it is slow? Just take it as it is almost ten pounds a month and almost sixty pounds a year without involving any sever scenario of drug’s side effects and a huge amount of money. Although this is a natural method to reduce weight but you should first take advice of your doctor or dietitians before starting any weight loss program.
