10 Ways To Lose Weight


1) STOP DRINKING ALL THOSE SOFT DRINKS LIKE (COKE, PEPSI, MOUNTAIN DEW). THESE COMPANIES DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, ONLY ABOUT THEIR PROFITS!!! In my opinion it's the #1 rule to even starting to think about losing weight, This is just very unhealthy.


2) In the morning eat a decent size breakfast and leave some room for plenty of water. Drink as lots of water. Water is cold, so your body has to work hard to warm it up. Warming up uses up calories


3) Eat foods with low calories, and eat smaller means versus bigger ones. This is very important else you will undo all your hard work. set a goal to eat only healthy foods with low calories, and alway do some sort of exercise before eating breakfast. Drink some sort of fruit juice in the morning.


4) Go for a walk or a jog in the morning. This is mainly not to get only physical exercise but mostly to get fresh air in the morning as it's the least polluted and benefits our bodies the most in the morning. 2nd benefit to this is physical exercise.


5)and once in awhile try to fast, It will be difficult but you need to give your digestive system a break. We all need one at some point. If you are unable to fast for a whole day then just eat small light weighted fruits( when i say this, i don't mean heave a huge feast, just eat 1 or 2, just to get your mouth moving so you don't feel like eating). Go for a walk or do something you enjoy to get your mind off of


6) Most importantly of all, Exercise, This is the most effective way to lose weight as it burns the most calories and turns the fat into lean tissues.


7) Eat less meat, Meat gives you fat. Instead eat as many green vegetables as possible at least till you can lose some weight. Eat meat maybe twice a week just to get the protein needed etc.


8) If you don't prefer exercise then at least do some sort of yoga. It can also burn calories.


9) Don't sit on a comfortable couch all the times, Sit on the ground or something that isn't comfortable. The idea is to keep you moving, if you sit in a couch, chances are you'll sit their for awhile.


10) These kind of things don't happen overnight or in 10 days, it takes time and effort. We'll, not entirely correct, you could take the easy and the unhealthy way out and drink some sort of slim drinks, but it's better to not lose weight that way. It does more harm then good. The choice is your. You can do it!!!
